Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Cuxira collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
1. Data we collect
Identity and business details you give us when you open an account, transaction data created when you use Cuxira, and technical data such as device type and IP address when you visit our site or apps.
2. How we use it
To run your account, process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering checks, and improve our products. We never sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Licensed banking and card partners that provide your account, identity-verification providers, and authorities when the law requires it. Every partner is bound by a data-processing agreement.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account and transaction records for as long as regulations require, usually five to seven years after your account closes, then delete or anonymise them.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain uses. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and optional analytics cookies, which you can switch off at any time in your browser settings.
