Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Cuxira's website, apps and services. Please read them together with the agreement from our partner bank that holds your account.
1. Who we are
Cuxira Inc. is a financial technology company, not a bank. Accounts, cards and payments are provided by licensed banking and e-money partners in each region.
2. Your account
You must be a registered business or sole trader and give accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
3. Fees
Fees are listed on our pricing page and shown before you confirm a payment. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any fee increases.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Cuxira for illegal activity, to evade sanctions or in ways that harm other customers. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Licences
Banking services are provided by our partner banks under their licences. Treasury balances are held in money market funds and are not covered by deposit insurance.
6. Changes and contact
